Return & Refund Policy – Al Qasr Fashion

At Al Qasr Fashion, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different product, you may request a return or exchange according to the terms below.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must be:

Unused and unworn
In its original condition
With original tags, packaging, and accessories
Free from stains, damage, perfume, or signs of use

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

Used or worn clothing
Cosmetics and beauty products once opened or used
Items damaged after delivery due to customer use
Products without original packaging or tags
Sale/clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

Your order number
Your name and phone number
Clear photos/videos of the product
A description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will let you know whether the item qualifies for a return, replacement, or exchange.

4. Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind about a product, a return or exchange may be accepted only if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Return shipping charges may apply.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to obtain the information required to process an approved refund.

6. Return Shipping Charges

If the product is returned because it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Al Qasr Fashion may cover the applicable return delivery cost.

If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or another customer-related reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
